Following the completion of the Chartered Accountants (CA) program, I began my career in an accounting firm producing financial statements for SMEs, obtaining the CPA, CA designation in 2017. Moving towards a second professional designation (CBV), I worked for PwC from 2017 to 2019, mainly on business valuation files in litigation contexts.
I acquired extensive experience in financial modelling, financing and transactional support in a medium-sized firm gaining valuable insight. I then joined a firm of more than 200 employees where I was named partner (yes, at the age of 35!) to oversee a transaction support and business valuation department.
I founded VL Valuation to offer a full range of business valuation services to SMEs, including dispute resolution, financing and transactional support and financial modelling.
